Lauren Bradley & Associates provides a full range of appraisal services. We provide appraisals for the purposes of insurance, family/business division, charitable contribution, probate, estate planning, gift tax, inventory and insurance loss.
Lauren Bradley & Associates is pleased to provide our clients with accurate evaluations of a wide range of personal property. Ms. Bradley specializes in fine art, specifically paintings, fine prints and sculpture, as well as 20th century furniture and design.
Our appraisals are prepared independently. Our firm is not associated with any gallery, auction house or private dealer. We value our client’s privacy and execute our appraisals with discretion and high standards of confidentiality.
All reports are written to the standards of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). USPAP are the standards for professional appraisal practice in North America set forth by The Appraisal Foundation.
