We are computer networking service for business & residential.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked with computer hardware and software since 1994 seeing Unix, Mac, DOS & Windows evolve through the years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our prior experiences working corporate America have given us the skills and knowledge to help the small business and home offices with any and all of the IT support services they may require to operate.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently, we are located in a single location which services our clients within a 50 mile radius.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our shop is located in East Greenville, Pa. Most work is done in shop or we offer free picked and delivery of computers within a 25 mile radius of the shop and we also do on site work as well. Our repair time is usually within 1-3 business days.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, MasterCard & Visa.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of the Lehigh Valley and north of it to Jim Thorpe, east of it to New Jersey State line, west of it to Pottstown, south of it Doylestown area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Michael Neith is the president of the corporation and is responsible for the day to day business operations. While Zakk Neith runs the shop helping local residentials.
What are your hours of operation?
Our shop hours are 9:30am-5:00pm Tuesday-Saturday. For Business, we offer service plans that will give you 24hr emergency support.
